HMS Wellbeing Information Session

Appropriate for ages 12+ to 17

At HMS, we believe in more than just sports, we’re committed to fostering youth wellbeing. Our mission is to support players both on and off the field by providing them with the tools and resources that enhance their mental and physical strength, setting them up for success in all areas of life.

 

We are excited to offer a free wellbeing session to your players (ages 12-17). This engaging presentation is designed to help players understand how mental and physical wellbeing can boost their performance, improve personal growth, and enhance their overall experience on and off the field.

 

What We Offer:

 

  • HMS Wellbeing Induction Book for each player to help them start the season strong.

  • A 60-minute information session where players and families will learn practical strategies to enhance wellbeing and performance.

  • Tips and strategies for coaches, managers, and families to support their team and players throughout the season.

Topics Discussed include:

  • Building and maintaining friendships and dealing with conflicts in a team

  • The importance of self-care and creating healthy routines

  • Developing healthy communication and a strong mindset

  • Effective goal setting and maintaining focus

  • Fostering teamwork and collaboration on and off the field

 

We’re offering limited spots for small group sessions at your clubhouse. Don’t miss this opportunity to provide your players with valuable resources for a successful and healthy season. 

 

We are qualified youth support workers and coaches with extensive experience helping young athletes achieve success in both sports and their overall wellbeing.
